Taking time to smell the roses!

This has been a very busy week, even though we did not have any VBS or camp ministries to deal with. Monday we spent the day at Wes and Jewelleeanne's wedding. I took wedding photos and Linda helped with food. Tuesday we looked around for a different van and finally purchased one in Sand Creek, Wi.  Much of the rest of the week was going through almost 2000 wedding photos and editing a few of them. This morning was Sunday School and Church at the Barron Church. This afternoon, I finally took some time to simply take pictures of Verna Shell's flowers in her front yard. My flower guided tour was conducted by 6 year old Blake. He knows more about flowers that I do. It is good to be busy, but as a dear friend told me years ago, "Take time to smell the roses". I guess I can do that while I take pictures of them.
