Woods in the Fall

Needless to say, photographers love the Fall season. They also love Summer, Spring and Winter, but above all Fall. Today I went for a walk though Trego Trails woods. It was a beautiful day, with moderate weather and the sun shining brightly. As I walked the trail, it wasn't long before I started to notice a few brightly colored leaves on the trail. Everyone was different and none of them perfect. many had holes in them or partially eaten away. That is exactly how God has made us - imperfect and unique. Just like the leaves, it would be a boring world if we were all made out the same cooking cutter. Just like the leaves, we too are colorful characters with a story to tell. Here are a few of the leaves I saw today and recorded, along with a couple of mushrooms. What is YOUR favorite season fo the year?

Misty Flowers

This morning I had plans to go out and take a few pictures. When I looked outside I was disappointed - There was a light rain and mist. What a bummer! A little later the sun was peaking through the clouds and I remembered the Spooner Ag Center with all its flowers and that it would be a great place to take photos of the mist on the flowers. When I was done taking pictures, I thought maybe I had 200 photos - I was wrong - I took almost 450. I just kept taking pictures of the wet flowers and leaves. God had also prepared an amazing mist covered spider web with the colors of flowers in the back ground. Every angle brought out God's amazing handiwork. Let me know if you would like a copy of any of these morning flowers.
