Having a Ball

I told a friend of mine, Larry Samson, that I bought a crystal ball to take photos through. He told me that I will have a lot of fun with it. I didn't just have fun I had a "ball!". (pun intended). My first stop - Spooner Ag Garden, of course. Using an older tri-pod, I modified it so it would hold the ball, but what worked better was just holding the ball in my hand. The song, "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" kept coming to mind. Sing it with me! Here are a few of the photos taken on my first try with the crystal ball. Have a "BALL" looking at the upside down world in a globe.

The Spice of Life

It has been said that "Variety is the Spice of Life". It also keeps us sane. During the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to take a lot of photos because of other things going on. I did manage to take a few floral photos. Some were taken at Marilyn's home next to the church and some at the Spooner Ag. Center. What has amazed me is the variety of colors and shapes of flowers and even bugs. How can a bug be beautiful. Praise God for variety in our lives and that no 2 people of flowers are the same. They may look very identical, but there is always some feature that is different. Life would be boring if all the world was one color or just black and white. Stay sane and take a look at a variety of flowers, bugs and life...
