Yesterday was a very rare day with bright sunny skies and half way warm. It was a perfect day to take a walk in the woods. The first thing I noticed was that the packed down trail was over a foot above the ground. I met a couple of ladies who had snow shoes on and who packed down the trail that allowed me to walk on it. There was one spot where I wanted to go off the trail and get near the river to take a few photos. That was a mistake - I suddenly found my self up to my knees in snow. From then on, I stayed on the path. God has given us a "Path" to follow and it always to our benefit to stay on that path and follow His directions. It was a perfect day to take pictures, as you can see by these photos. Enjoy them and be sure to stay on the right path.
